The Bed & Breakfast Sassari-in is a great and economical solution for your stay in Sassari. A comfortable apartment of 120 mq, indicated for short stays, business or exams, and completely renovated, made up of four bright rooms and services. it is on the second floor of a historical building next to Piazza Azuni, in the the high historical center of Sassari.
The house
The entrance opens directly into the corridor that disengages two large and autonomous rooms. The Green Room, a double bedroom, communicating with separate anteroom, provided with a nice bunk bed, excellent accommodation for a group of friends especially oriented to stay low cost quality. Follows the fresh and colorful Purple Room, the double of the Bed & Breakfast. They are equipped with comfortable beds, desks, wardrobe, bookshelvesof course TV, Wi-Fi 24h, sheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels, soap and shampoo. These rooms share a large bathroom with shower and double sink, hair dryer and hot shower. The last room, the Blue Room, it is a single room with private bathroom and shower.
On the right we have a large living room with original wooden ceiling exposed beams over 4 meters. The furniture includes two sofas, sideboards and a library with TV. There are also two tables for 6/8 people that complete the the breakfast area.
The separate kitchen is accessible from breakfast through a wide breach of ancient workmanship, fully equipped and used every day. Includes a complete set for 10 persons
All historic spaces inside the B & B have been preserved and tastefully furnished. The house is characterized by original wooden trussed roofs of some rooms, as well as the architectural solutions and design. The apartment has a balcony and large windows on the roofs of Sassari.
Our building insists in quadrant of the Old Town district dedicated to the business and banking, shopping and shows. It ‘just a few blocks from the University Central, Square of Italy, the romantic living room of the city, and the most elegant streets adjacent to the old town and its characteristic lanes, the Politeama at the Civic Theatre, Palazzo Ducale, the Duomo, just to mention a few of the many buildings that need attention and tourist operators specific: musicians, actors, professors, transfer for in general.
Nearby there is a supermarket, and in the walking distance there are bars, restaurants, night clubs, pizzerias, wine bars, delis typical, public gardens and three large cinemas.
